I always love your affirmations and reflective questions, Michelle. They always give me a lot to reflect on. I think many of us learn how to give long before we learn how to receive. Perhaps healing isn’t just about becoming more independent, but about slowly discovering that safe relationships can hold both. Thank you for sharing your insights on such an important topic 💛✨

I can relate to some of this. I've started to take compliments instead of saying oh it's only just a ...... and it only cost .....

My Mum used to call me too independent, she was right. I hadn't even thought anything would've been behind why. Your article makes a lot if sense. Thanks for sharing.
