I really felt this, Michelle 🤍 I agree that sometimes it's not the big betrayals that fracture self-trust... it's the hundreds of tiny moments where we find ourselves constantly overriding what our body already knows. Every time we ignore exhaustion, silence a boundary, or abandon our own needs, we teach ourselves that our inner signals aren't safe to follow. The beautiful part is that healing often happens the same way, through hundreds of tiny moments of listening instead.
